The American education system’s current “everyone wins” mentality fails people when they enter the real world. Through generalized curriculums and unrealistic expectations regarding students’ skills and abilities, students often come out of the system unspecialized and unprepared to pursue a career and succeed in the real world.
Specifically, MISATA Ventures will put its initial focus on space education. Astronomy will soon be an essential aspect of our everyday lives, with the rapid developments of space technology and ambitions from many to explore our universe. Unfortunately, most schools do not offer astronomy as an elective course. Without the proper foundational knowledge, tomorrow’s adults will not be able to keep up with the world around them, as we progress into a multi-planetary species.
MISATA Ventures addresses these shortcomings of the American education system by providing laser-focused curriculums that identify students’ strengths and interests early on and build on them through a comprehensive selection of specialized electives.

Astronomy
Before we know it, humanity will have colonized Mars and settled on the Moon. Yet it is tragic that the vast majority of people know so little about the solar system, let alone the universe. MISATA Ventures aims to solve this problem by making astrophysics one of its core electives. We hope this will leave students better prepared for the quickly approaching future.
Speech and Writing
No matter what we do in life, speech and writing are skills that will follow us everywhere. However, far too often students are unable to master these skills, and hence, cannot use them effectively. At MISATA Ventures, we stress the importance of speech and writing to ensure that our students will be able to thrive in real-world communication.
Real World business
Far too often, students will graduate from high school knowing more math than life would ever require of them, but not knowing anything about stocks and investment. MISATA Ventures puts real-world finance classes as some of its core electives, ensuring that students will enter college and the real world with the necessary skills to grow and manage their money.
